隱私權政策
一、適用範圍
本政策適用於瑪卡鎷網路行銷有限公司（以下稱「本公司」）內部使用的 SEO 關鍵字研究與成效報表工具（以下稱「本工具」）。本工具僅供本公司員工用於數位行銷顧問服務，不對一般大眾提供註冊或登入功能，也不向一般使用者蒐集個人資料。
二、我們存取的 Google 資料
本工具透過 Google Ads API，以本公司自己的 Google Ads 管理帳戶授權後，讀取下列資料：
- 關鍵字規劃工具提供的關鍵字統計資料，例如平均每月搜尋量、競爭程度與頁首出價區間。
- 本公司 Google Ads 帳戶的基本識別資訊（帳戶編號），用於指定查詢的帳戶。
本工具不會存取任何第三方使用者的 Gmail、雲端硬碟、聯絡人、行事曆或其他個人 Google 資料。
三、資料的使用方式
上述資料僅用於本公司內部的關鍵字研究、關鍵字提案與成效報表製作，以提供委託客戶 SEO 顧問服務。本公司不會將這些資料用於投放廣告給使用者、建立使用者側寫、出售、出租或交換，也不會用於訓練人工智慧或機器學習模型。
本公司使用及轉移從 Google API 取得的資訊時，將遵守 Google API 服務使用者資料政策，包含其中的「限制使用」規定。
四、資料的儲存與保護
取得的關鍵字統計資料儲存於本公司管理的雲端系統與試算表中，僅限經授權的本公司人員存取。存取憑證（例如 OAuth 憑證）以系統環境變數方式保管，不會寫入程式碼或公開文件。本公司採取合理的技術與管理措施保護資料安全。
五、資料的分享
本公司不會將從 Google API 取得的資料出售或提供給第三方。報表中呈現的關鍵字搜尋量、出價區間等統計資料，可能彙整後提供給委託本公司的客戶參考，這些資料屬於關鍵字市場統計，不含個人資料。法律要求或主管機關依法請求時，本公司才會依法提供。
六、資料保存與刪除
關鍵字統計資料僅在業務需要期間保存。您可以隨時來信要求刪除與您相關的資料，本公司會在合理期間內處理。
七、撤銷授權
您可以隨時至 Google 帳戶的「第三方應用程式與服務存取權」頁面（https://myaccount.google.com/permissions）撤銷本工具的存取權限。撤銷後，本工具將無法再讀取該帳戶的資料。
八、政策更新
本公司可能因法規或服務調整而修訂本政策，修訂後的版本會公布在本頁面並更新生效日期。

Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to the SEO keyword research and reporting tool (the "Tool") used internally by MaKarma Digital Marketing Co., Ltd. (the "Company"). The Tool is used only by Company employees to deliver digital marketing consulting services. It does not offer sign-up or sign-in to the general public and does not collect personal data from general users.
2. Google data we access
With authorization from the Company's own Google Ads manager account, the Tool uses the Google Ads API to read:
- Keyword statistics provided by Keyword Planner, such as average monthly searches, competition level, and top-of-page bid ranges.
- Basic account identifiers (customer ID) of the Company's Google Ads account, used to specify which account to query.
The Tool does not access any third party's Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or other personal Google data.
3. How we use the data
The data is used solely for the Company's internal keyword research, keyword proposals, and performance reports provided to its clients as part of SEO consulting services. The Company does not use this data to serve ads to users, build user profiles, or sell, rent, or trade it, and does not use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
The Company's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Storage and protection
Keyword statistics obtained are stored in cloud systems and spreadsheets managed by the Company, and are accessible only to authorized Company personnel. Access credentials (such as OAuth credentials) are kept as system environment variables and are never written into source code or public documents. The Company applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data.
5. Sharing
The Company does not sell or share data obtained from Google APIs with third parties. Aggregated keyword statistics, such as search volumes and bid ranges, may be included in reports provided to the Company's clients; these are market statistics and contain no personal data. The Company discloses data only where required by law or a lawful request from authorities.
6. Retention and deletion
Keyword statistics are retained only as long as needed for business purposes. You may contact us at any time to request deletion of data related to you, and the Company will process the request within a reasonable period.
7. Revoking access
You can revoke the Tool's access at any time from your Google Account's third-party access page (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). After revocation, the Tool can no longer read data from that account.
8. Changes to this policy
The Company may revise this policy due to legal or service changes. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
